@@kaitlynnn23 dude you’re not understanding that some of us can’t understand written patterns yet. It’s not helpful when she skips an entire row in a section in the video, especially when it’s someone’s first time seeing her videos and don’t know where to find the written. The only reason I knew is because someone else in the comments pointed it out. Sorry we aren’t all crochet geniuses but you’re being really rude for no reason.

Thank you so much for the pattern. I did find a few discrepancies but was able to figure it out. I love to crochet and have taught other to crochet but I don't think I could do the job you did. It is harder than people think. Thanks again. When I made the body I decided to sc around the edge and finished off with an invisible close. This made it a little large and cleaner looking.

I consider myself an intermediate crocheter. I too found parts quite confusing (used my experience to correct issues). The white belly portion, for example, goes from 8 stitches across to the next row: “2 increases, 8 single crochet, 2 increases, for a total of 14 stitches “. First of all, how do you go from the row of 8 stitches to that row? Did we miss a row? Maybe increase, sc 6, then increase? But that would only give us 12.

Explaining what "Increase" and "Decrease" means would be helpful if another tutorial is made. I had to go to another video to learn what those meant and how to do them. It was a bit frustrating. But, this is the only shark pattern I can find that makes enough sense to follow

It's okay! I'm fine to talk about it haha I have a lot of mental illness. When I started this channel it was supposed to be a few videos for my little cousins I was teaching to crochet. At the time I was barely functioning and not sleeping for 3 days at a time for a very long period of time. I got help and was diagnosed with bipolar. As I started getting treatment, my panic disorder got worse. When I try to film I start having panic attacks. Which is why a lot of the parts of the videos are so cut up and short because I was editing all my hyperventilating out haha I do want to start videos again, but it's been so long that it feels weird now.

Might look a little weird without a bottom jaw but you could stitch a few on with a needle, use some felt, or the crochet option you chain as long as you want the base to be. slst in the first stitch. the next will be your first tooth base, ch 2 or 3 depending on length and slst to the base. if you want lots of teeth start the next in the next stitch. if you want it spaced out slst in the next. do this across!
