Owner Schubert, Shoei and Shark one 2. Got rid of Schubert (visor scotches very fast, 3 times more expensive to replace than on Shark), ventilation wasn't good at all. I use Shoei in the winter time, because it isolates better from could air. But my choice no 1 for all other seasons (currently on the third one) is the Shark EVO. Quality is good and the possibility to ride it open with the visor down is the game changer for me. Noise? Who cares, always earplugs and music on.

Surely doing a test on a helmet you would use a naked bike not one with a proper windshield..a very in-depth review non the less..👍🏻

Since this and the EVO-One 2 are so similar, you should have done a comparison at the end, so people can make a more informed decision.

@@Championhelmets I still have a Shark, Evoline 3 for like 5+ years. I'm looking to update/upgrade, but they all seem about the same. Mine is still good, it's just that replacing the visor is 80% the cost of buying a new helmet, so...

the schuberth c4 doesnt have exit ventilation, its like an oven with your head cooking..i cant see how it rates so good!!!

Can I suggest making your "ventilation" charts have % differences in + or - on the X axis instead of the temperature?

Thanks for the suggestion! At the moment, we include the full temperature ranges to keep our results as transparent as possible across the helmets that we've tested. @@Championhelmets Seems to me that if I had a choice between hcj rpha 90s and evo GT, I'd pick rhpa 90s

I love your Road Tests and i hope you can make a Roadtest of the LS2 and Scorpion too soon. I look all your Tests because i always look for the quietest helmets

Hello, really like your reviews, I am also waiting on your review of the Scorpion Exo-Tech Carbon to decide which one to purchase. I have a Schubert C4 Pro but it’s too hot to use during the peak of summer, looking for a summer helmet with a 180 degree option. Thanks and keep up the great job.

Compared to the Evo One 2, the Evo GT has improved in leaps and bounds. Not only has the ventilation been vastly improved upon in both performance and ease of use, but noise and comfort are also much better. The other major improvement is the offering of 2 cheek pad sizes in the box, though a total of 4 are now available, and the renewed mechanism means it moves easier and no longer scratches the Pinlock insert. Can you install a packtalk bold on this helmet?

Though the speaker pockets are slightly different in size and the neck roll makes it more difficult to mount the system with the clamp, it should be possible to mount the Packtalk Bold in the EVO GT. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the new Shark helmet?

No and you don't wont to have it. All existing solutions with auto adapting taint based on chemistry are to slow. You ride on a sunny highway and get into a tunnel, you will be blind. However, you can get glasses like this using fast LCD technology: www.eyerex.ch/detail.php?ID=306

They've responded to another comment about the Packtalk Bold and yes, you can. Easier with the 3M sticky pads rather than clamp mount

you need to cut bigger holes for speakers, its easy job with knife, then its fits fine

I would give this helmet 1 star and would encourage people to avoid. The helmet is incredibly noisy (much worse than my 1st gen neotec). It also is of inferior build quality. The chin bar routinely fails to easily go from open face to close. On numerous times it will get 3/4 of the way to close and bind up. The helmet is much smaller than standard shoei or hjc standard sizes. My chin easily hits the chin bar when closed and the sides draw in uncomfortably when closed. Total waste of money…
