Thanks for the tutorial. We just purchased ours and this is more helpful than the actual instructions. I need visuals lol. Again, thanks!

Thanks for the helpful review. One thing I noticed in your video is that the edges of your flooring are beginning to raise. I'd caution you on continuing to use steam to clean laminate. This forces water in between the joints and is causing the wood fibers to swell. Anyways, my 2 cents. I'm planning on buying this steam mop (we have tile floors) and hopefully it works as well as your video shows. Take care.

Thanks for your input. Yes I agree with you and I use it about once every couple of weeks on the laminate floors. However we have tile floors downstairs and it works very well on tile floors. This steam mop DOES really good job at cleaning and sanitizing the floors. I love everything about this steam mop except for it only have 2 refill washable pads and they are both dirty (even after washing). If you get this product, be sure to stock up on refills washable pads so you don't have to clean with dirty pads. Good luck

Don't buy it at Seats even at sales price. They have same model #S6002 but old outdated model and doesn't include triangle head and pad. Don't b fooled. Definitely purchase extra pads, buy it at target. No i don't work thete but i bought 2. 1 for me, 1 as gift. And it had longer cord.

Putting the pad on the machine is easier than you show. You don't have to crouch down or use your hands to slip the corners into the slots on the pad. Just open the head fully and lower it onto the pad, and the head slips easily into all four corner.

Thanks for the demonstration. Btw, your accent is similar to the actor William Daniels (the father in The Graduate :)

Hello, did you notice any damage to your laminate floors on low setting over the years?

Good Job

Thanks for the sharing. But since it does not have an on\off button, how do you prevent it from staying in one spot when you have to temporarily stop mopping to move things around, answer phone calls, or things alike? You have to unplog it?
@IrinaDavid3 жыл бұрын
You can temporarily rest it on the side rim for a short period of time. Otherwise, if you need to take the phone call, yes, it is better that you unplug it. Since there is no on/off button

@@IrinaDavid Got it, thanks a lot for the suggestion. Wondering why a power button is universally missing in the steam mop product lines.

@@flystar1999 i agree. Hopefully they will take this into consideration when making newer models

I don't doubt the cleaning shown and it probably works great for a 1 off demo. But it would seem to me that, used over and over on a wood floor, the moisture would accumulate down in the cracks of the wood planks and eventually damage the floor. Got any tests showing after 10 years of use?
@IrinaDavid5 жыл бұрын
I still use it almost 2 years alter. Not very often, but still works good. The moisture does not tend to accumulate because it is drying almost immediately

Can this fit under beds and couches?
@IrinaDavid4 жыл бұрын
It should fit under the bed but not sure about the couch (since most couches are lower)

I noticed it doesent use the entire pad.. I dont like that the back half is just going to smear the gunk while the front half floats in the air lol.. even if u flip it it's not going to help.. maybe put some weight on the front so the whole pad touches the floor

Has yours stopped working? I’ve used mine twice and it’s not cleaning anymore it only shoots out steam! So disappointed
@IrinaDavid6 жыл бұрын
I use mine every couple of weeks and it still working fine. Have you made sure you have water in it? YOu may want to contact the Shark company

Not good for laminate under 10 mill and dosent have beveled edge . Your joints will swell over time.
