This is a great value for the $ great suction🌼 attachments perfect for corners & hard to reach places. A little heavy (but typical for non-self driven vac & price point) overall great performance. Easy cleanup w/ no bags, washable filters. This is our second Shark. Highly recommend!

It's 2021, it's been three years since I last purchase mines and it started losing suction and other lose parts. I called the company after I had failed to place warranty and they are sending me a free one in the mail. All I had to pay is shipping and handling. Also with 2 years warranty left...it's a very good company a d willing to replace it for you.

I've had mine for 7 yrs now and still love it. My daughter has a Dyson and prefers mine. She says it cleans much better. When this one finally dies, I will be buying another one. I highly recommend it.

I bought one before listening to this video. I hope that this vac is not as noisy as the vid makes it out to be. The vac I'm replacing is an twenty year old Hoover that sounded like a 747 Jumbo Jet. Nothing beats a Miele for quiet - but not for those of us not in the 1% demographic.

Wifie got pissed trying to clean the chambers of the dirt and s--t requiring use of ANOTHER VACCUM to clean it. So I ripped the guts out, drilled some holes for vacuum flow, added some pvc elbows to direct the flow into the now empty chamber fitted with a vacuum BAG and now all she has to do is s--t can the bag when full and install a new one. LESSON LEARNED: NEVER BUY A VACUUM WITHOUT A DISPOSABLE BAG...

If you have an air compressor you should clean out the cyclones with It you are supposed to blow the cyclone out and you will not have to wait for it to dry and can you please make a big mess test video on it or a video of how to clean it

My grandma has a shark rocket Up right that still works amazing but I can’t go over to her house because she is really sick along with my grandpa they have the flu

I really like my Shark Navagator but the extension hose sucks on these things. Too short, vacuum tips all the time and the hose cracks open easily.

I was going to buy this and I didn't , I bought a bag vac , because people think that bag less is better , is it ? you still have to clean and replace the filters , the Hepa filters , and then people don't know about this , then its looses suction

All bagless vacuums lose their suction unless you keep the filters clean... Shark’s are no exception.

And it does not have the turbo brush the long crevice tool the dusting brush but it has the rest of the tools I think she lost them one she was moving but that thing works amazing but it almost got clogged when I was using it at her old house when we were cleaning the house for the other person to live there
