I have this vacuum and I love the suction but I can’t figure out how, when I do lift away, to get the roller to move. Am I missing something?

The only thing I don’t like is that the attachments have to be stored separately. Other than that it’s great. Ours is ten years old and still worked well.

@JustDad- I have had my Shark Navigator for quite a few years but never really understood the "lift away" feature, so thank you for your video with all the details! Saved me from getting rid of mine and looking to spend more $$$ on a replacement. BTW- have you ever used it for cleaning out a dryer vent? That is my next project... when I can find my mining cerveice tool!!

No you can not, if you want to vacuum underneath the bed, you have to move the bed or move the sofa. But you’re vacuuming right so you’re not a lazy slob; you’re going to move the bed and you’re gonna move the sofa.

I've always just carefully clipped the hair off the roller with scissors.
