I got the Shark Stratos Ultralight Corded Stick Vacuum HZ3002 at Christmas. I was a Shark fan for a long time....even back when they were still under the brand Euro Pro....but the last few years, I gave up on them as they seemed to go downhill. The Stratos series is like the return of Shark quality!! It's AMAZING!!! Like Shark listened to customer feedback and made a vacuum series that is unsurpassed! Your model is different than the US model, though. I do wish they would have included a dusting brush. Mine also doesn't have the flex, but I'm able to remove the motor unit, and there's a slot at the bottom of the wand to insert the motor unit into for very compact storage. I really love mine! I've never made any KZbin videos but considering doing ine on this corded Stratos stick. Thanks for the video!!

Hi Mary I’m glad your happy with your Shark vacuum,the only faults I can find with it so far is that main brush roller can not be removed to be cleaned and there is no storage points on the vacuum for your tool accessories otherwise it’s great 👍.

Had a few issues but Shark have replaced broken parts quickly,good customer support video call etc. Light weight easy to use and clean out.
