just bought this one and tried it on our rug.. and OMG!!! it actually transformed my carpet, got heaps and heaps of hair out (2 cats and long hair from me..) it’s just absolutely amazing! best purchase ever!!

Awesome hoover..i had a old kirby and that finally broke..thought i better buy a decent hoover to replace kirby for power..wow this hoover is so so much better .picks up everything and all the attachments are conveniently tucked away tidy. Its very quiet aswell. The pick up away feature is a game changer for me anyway after lumping the 15kg in which the old kirby was anyway. Overall amazing bit of kit for the price

Oh that is not right, as soon as you put your foot on the base and release it then the brush should start spinning

Oh have you got it on the right carpet setting? If you hold it sideways so it’s not touching the floor does it still go red? If so it sounds faulty I’m afraid

I came over from dyson as dyson is utter garbage. Shark is the way forward and half the price

Been very pleased with ours so far, only thing is the Cylinder is not very big compared to the Dyson but the way it shreds hairs is amazing, really makes a difference not having to cut hairs off the brush after every vacuum round.
