you were likely hitting the arrows before they were in the middle of the circle. wait just a smidge longer before hitting them. just make the BOOAAEESSSHHH texts appear and youll make it through. a warning though....there are more like these further in the game....and holy SHIT they get fucking tough....this mission is a fucking joke compared to the last 2....

dont go with the song rythm. it offsets you and you hit the arrows too early. wait a smidge and hit the arrows (your buttons on the other side of the controllers also work when hitting these arrows)

Looking back, I think this game should have been multiplayered for sections like this, racing, and fighting. You know, a split screen for the dancing and racing, and fighting for a first player to be Oscar, Angie, Ernie, Bernie, or Mr. Skyes, and Don Lino, Lenny, Frankie, the hammerhead shark, and the eel for the second player.
