One thing i want to tell about namita and aman that they are very very hypocritic and are just showing oversmartness In every pitch she says i have no expertise in this field, and now suddenly she says she can help you. Because fear comes from scaring putting meditation and arbitration in some high courts. So if arbitration is written for high courts you need to file the case in that high court and the same will be done by the company. Big giants have muscle power but startups wouldn't want to go to such places all the time because literally if they put such clause. Big players can file fake cases and the startup will have to hire muscle even at high courts. So they would like to not go at such places every other time.

This will not be effective because their final decisions have non-binding effect in the eyes of law. They are not authorized by any court of law. At the end of the day, the losing party will still go to court which will ultimately mean this process had no point. But that speedy filing process can be a great USP. Sometimes filing process takes more mental bandwidth than the actual case itself. They can work with judicial system in the backend to improve user experience.
