I think people don't know how to separate their feelings from logic. Just because you don't like Donald Trump as a person it doesn't mean he isn't a great salesman. The best people to learn from if you want to become a millionaire are people like Donald Trump, but you'll never be able to objectively pick out the genius things people are capable of if you shut your ears off as soon as you hear their name.

I definitely agree that you have to be able to look at him or anyone objectively and see both the good and the bad. And he is a great salesman. Making 60 million people go for someone with no experience in government is a pretty big sales pitch. But he's not a good businessman overall. By simple results if he'd taken the money he inherited and invested it into a simple S&P 500 fund he'd have more money than he currently does. He went bankrupt many times because he wasn't good at the running the business side. But he does unquestionably make a great sales pitch, and he had a very good understanding of the game he was in in terms of the electoral college and where to focus his efforts in order to win. The fact that he won by losing the popular vote by so much is a testament to how well he specifically went after and got the votes he needed in the locations he needed them.

We are all "salesmen" regardless of our occupation because we always have to sell our ideas to other people. In order to get hired, we have to "sell" that we are the best one for the job. When she said he is the best salesman, she didn't mean it in a derogatory manner. She meant it as a complement. She also probably meant that he is a good negotiator. In order to sell well, you have to also know how to negotiate well.

duibuqii basically an opportunity randomly appeared at the low point in Donald’s life. Through the customers eyes since he’s in his vulnerable stage they think they could get a bang for their buck deal by buying that. You come out of their with more than just a game console. I live with a Trump doppelgänger- my husband - Trumps IQ is supposed to be 155 my doppelgänger’s is 159. My husband also has dyslexia which I think gave him the incredible ability to read people’s facial expressions and he is exactly like Trump in his ability to sell. He sold billions in real estate, options on bond futures etc and made 2-billion dollar deals in the 80’s during the S&L crisis before the Billion dollar mark was used much. And they make it look so easy, effortless you don’t realize how good they are right away until the money is in the bank.
