yes. work the opposites from skiing. this is easier said than done. I work on my core throughout the season. this year's been rough but have found a set of reps that are doing the job. i'll see if i can post them because they are pretty good.

thanks for the comment. I guess whatever comes to mind will be next. ski set-up will have to be broken down.. i think 15-28 off, 35-38 and then beyond.

what is the speed of this boat? what's the minimum of the rope supposed to be? your skills are a professional's!

@jamester1666 bigger ski, move boots forward (and fin forward) or try moving the rear boot in a bit. keep the knees together.

@AlvinSpitoon that's a tough one. try to reduce weight in the boat, trim it - find a friend with a Ski Nautique, do a boat swap, join a group of other skiers, whatever you can do.

Free skiing is great. Never going to ski a course? It's fun to have a goal of seeing how low the shoulders can be to the water in the turns (and wicked fun when you can max it out). If you do ski the course, I'd advise attempting to pull just as hard as you would in the course, and to try hard to know you are as wide as the bouys at all times, because too much free skiing can be intense enough and fun enough to fool you into thinking you are wider/better than you are. Done right, free skiing can be a very workable substitute for course practice in terms of strength building, rythym, and even competently running shorter line lengths, at least in my experience.

If you have a boat with a HUGE wake like mine, do you have any tips on getting across the wake with a wake thats massive?
@ConorSunderland112 жыл бұрын
It's for better traction and in some cases can help him go over the wake quicker

can you do this with even the most basic slalom ski? like one with no lace up boot just the plastic adjustable binding?

Any techniques for increasing endurance? I'm in pretty good shape, I can do 30 pull-ups non stop, but my hands and forearms always seem to give out too early when I'm skiing. It probably doesn't help that I'm skiing behind a 24' behemoth that throws out a monster wake but I'm convinced I'm doing something wrong, I know I can hang on longer if I had more proper technique.

Hi! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about Avalorexon Training Program (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you thought about this ski training known as Avalorexon Training Program? I've heard many unbelivable things about it.

i can slalom ski but i dont know much about it, why does he let go of one hand when he cuts
@leekindell99377 жыл бұрын
because when you run a slalom course you are trying to ski at an angle away from the handle to ensure a good outward direction to get around the bouy. The more advanced you get the more the reach you will need and this would be impossible holding onto handle with two hands.
