The problem is that the baiting they do draws sharks in. I don't think it should be allowed near swimmers. Do shark fishing in the evening instead.

Shark fishing is legal throughout the US. To be kicked off a public peir for catching fish is against the public contract of the fishing peir. I hope they sued the county.

No I was there when it happened they were drone fishing take their bait out a mile and a half off the coast which is illegal on the pier. Hope this helps

I think they should have been kicked off the pier. I watched a lady on this one show she was swimming with sharks 🦈 and they look so calm in what people think they are.

Pier used to chum and every weds think weds could go shark fishing we used say we chumming and people swimming crazy that close
