I love this series; it's all about financial literacy, and I'm eager to watch more. Most of the featured individuals are investors. It's not just about physical businesses; digital investments like stocks can be very beneficial for making your money work for you. I was introduced to the stock market in 2020, and with the help of financial advisors, I've managed to grow my portfolio by 43%, which is a significant achievement that anyone can reach.

I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, you can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. The importance of mitigating risks might be why many investors are turning to advisors for guidance.

No its a very bad deal. Her previous investors paid at 6million valuation. Her original offer itself was generous at 300k at 3million valuation. Robert is getting TWICE the amount of shares for the same dollar other investors got. And Robert made clear it is just purely monetary deal, and to not expect any other help from him. Then Robert got greedy and asked for 15%. That is THRICE the amount of shares he wants. is his dollars 300% more valuable than other investors? That would be grossly unfair towards existing investors. If I was an investor, I would be angry at her. And now remember those other investors invested long ago. And this company is growing at insane speed. So, Robert was basically asking like 600% premium over other investors.

He’s right, you don’t need any of them. Pay the successful people in your industry and keep your equity. None of them were good strategic partners and you’d be giving away equity for guidance your can just pay for

Robert wasn’t being cut throat. The deal was fair she came in asking for 10% she must of known she was going to have to give a little… I mean it’s not new technology or something never done before and the that industry is fighting for shelf space and it wasn’t really healthy… when she negotiated twice then said “oh it was just once” she showed her true colors and Robert saw more of her personality and didn’t like it. Fair enough
