He entered valuing his company at 3 million dollars (10 percent at 300k) and ended up selling it at a value of 735k (95 percent for 700k). He came down more than 70 percent on his valuation. Of course, he now has to do nothing and reduced his risk.

He believed in the valuation but the investor didn’t. Think of it this way - Lori valued the company at a $1M, and he accepted it and sold the company. Immediately after, he bought 5% for the 300k. Lori already recovered almost half her investment

What nobody seems to understand is that the shaving cream intended to be used with the brush is soap. It's slick. The chemical stuff thay comes out of a can is dry. The brush needs to be wet to have any benefit, which is to add water to the foam/soap.

Thats awesome, and from now on that 5% has a chance at being ALOT more than the ~300k left on the table. + The royalty paycheck.
