Thank you Robin for your guidance. I was recently offered ( and accepted) an Office Manager position in a growing dental specialty office. After 30 years as a chair side dental assistant and no management/ business experience, I questioned my own ability to be successful. My fears of disappointing my employer are very real BUT I know I CAN do it. I will commit to starting small and making each day an opportunity for positive change. I am looking forward to the journey.

Loved your talk! #3 I feel that while trying to learn to become better, we must keep in mind that other people are still at some other point of their journey..they still have to learn. We must learn not to start judging others around us and differentiating things and habits as good and bad. While improving ourselves,we must learn to take inefficiencies too in our stride!
