HOW ABOUT SOME CORNED MUTTON PIES | MEAT PIES | MINI PIES

Ingredients for the dough
4 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup cold butter
1/2 cup cold vegetable shortening
1 cup iced cold water
Ingredients for the filling
1 can corned mutton
1 onion finely chopped
1 green onion finely chopped
3/4 cup of green peas
1 grated carrot m2 mari wirrie peppers
1 head cilantro finely chopped
Baked in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes

Thank you for your comment. I always used the vegetable shortening and butter instead of margarine. I try to make healthy choices when cooking for my family. Pastry is not on our everyday menu my friend 👍
