Outside cooking Baigan Choka | Roasted Corn | Roasted Plantains

Ingredients for Bigan Choka
4 Baigan
3 tomatoes
2 green onions
1 white onion
3 mari wirrie peppers
6/8 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp oil
1 1.2 tsp salt or salt to taste

Sharmin, I love everything you all are cooking. That fire brings back old time days, what we know as the chulha. The food cooked on that just has a special smell and taste and automatically becomes therapeutic. Thanks for sharing with all of your beauties.

The roasted corn and roasted plantains are something we used to also do at night in Wakenaam when all of the kids used to be playing..That's truly a countryside snack. I like your Tadka ( hindi for tempering) the Choka with the spices. It's really really, really looking great. I'm extremely proud of you .
