Consider the fact that Sharon has been doing hair for years and has probably gotten much quicker and had to learn how to be quick whilst still doing beautiful hairstyles. She would know the degree of force to place the pins in without making the model overly uncomfortable like y'all are saying. Sure it doesn't look entirely pleasant but you have to think a bit more about why she uses that technique.

That WAS fast but pretty simple to duplicate I'd think. If you're having problems, I'd suggest stopping the video and look at the model's hair. Not too hard

The padding looks like hair wefts stuffed in a hair net. Turning a wig inside out would get the same results.

Jesus Murphy, that poor girl must have holes poked all the way through her skull you were so rough with the pins. You know that's a real human head attached to an actual person, right? There's no 'proper' length for a video to be, so you can take a couple of extra moments to actually demonstrate properly without turning the model's head into a spaghetti strainer.
