Hi Jean! I really enjoyed your cooking demo, as I always do! I've always been curious about what Yorkshire pudding was, and now I know! Do you fill them with anything, or eat them just like that? What a fun video! Hugs and love, Gail 🤗🌹💖 xoxox

You can make toad in the hole, which is where you cook sausages inside the Yorkshire pudding batter… some people eat them cold with jam (jelly) on. But they are mainly ate on your plate with a roast dinner…. Traditionally they were just with roast beef

I keep mine clean and wash the rack every time, but within weeks, it was copper colored.I wouldn't sweat it if I were you. Just treat it like a cookie sheet which always dis-colors. Otherwise, it is too much work. I use mine regularly and have accepted the fact that I can't keep it looking new. Your yorkshire puddings look great and not greasy!
