Listening to Duncan Trussell's podcasts saved my life. When I was depressed, he had on Radhanath Swami, and an excerpt from Daniel Higg's 'Say God'. I learned how to say the Maha-Mantra, which helped me overcome depression and anxiety and become productive in life again. I also learned from Duncan you can have a "favorite religion", and by implication learn about them all.
