I don't think Patti and Sharon looked that much alike but there is a resemblance.

+Robin Greene It is quite a strong resemblance, but it is known that both Pati and Sharon were in their own way unique. It may be similar, but not identical. It is hard to avoid the similarity, since they are siblings :)

+Robin Greene These are two sisters - from one father and one mother. All three sisters Tate were beautiful - Patti and Sharon were a copy of their father, Paul, and Debra is a whole Doris. Patti in her mature age was very similar to her older sister Sharon, even as her copy. This should not surprise anyone - they got great genes!

I think Patti looks more like her mother if you look at younger pictures of Doris. Sharon looks just like her father.
