I love this song!!! This isn’t her best performance of seventeen but I love her! She’s been touring every day so she must be a little tired. So happy to see her on Ellen and getting more widespread publicity!!!

I'd never even heard of her before and only by chance discovered her at Glastonbury in 2019 when walking past the tent she was performing in. Ended up catching most of her set and instantly loved her. Her performance of Seventeen that day was exceptional. Check it out as it's on KZbin. Its the best video I've found online of her singing it and as good as the video sounds it still doesn't do the performance true justice.

If this is your only exposure to Sharon I invite you not to be too quick to judge. This is far from her greatest performance and not an accurate sample of her majesty. Her albums, especially the latest and her last one, “Are we there,” are stunning, and to see her live on a more intimate stage with a good sound mix is a super treat . Dive deeper and get a bigger sample size-it is beyond worth it.

I've loved Sharon for years and I love this performance. This album is definitely different than her previous ones but I think she kept her expression authentic and I love the way she lets it all out screaming "I know that you're gonna be..."
