I always read that you guys absolutely LOVE my walking workouts but that you also want more Strenght training. What better way then combine them together! I LOVE the concept of this! As someone who is new to strength training it's such a good way to ease into it 😍 abs is the main group I'm looking to work but as for suggestions maybe upper legs? (I struggle with tight hamstrings) or glutes? A lot of glute exercise can be intense so maybe this style of workout would be perfect for it 😊

Yes! Thank you! Actually, I used to do this when I first discovered your walking workouts (thank you for the inspiration!). For a month or so my workout schedule looked like this: One of your dance workouts as "warming up" and then 30min of this. Anyway, I stopped doing this since I was too lazy to come up with exercises. Love that I can follow your moves now! :)
