Wow !!! Just, Wow !!! Sharona, not sure why I haven't discovered you yet, but I'm glad I did this evening! Summer means lots of walking, running, swimming and hiking for me, but that also means weight training takes a back seat ! What an inventive way to keep up on muscle endurance while still increasing your daily mobility ! You are a star and I am definitely gonna check out the rest of your channel ! Thanks so very much ! ( PS 150 cal in 22 min, with 3 lb weights... BAM 💥)

Just came across your workouts and so far I’m loving them. Great change up to my cardio routine and the music gets ya going! I jog instead of walk and the sweat is literally dripping off me, burned 140 calories doing this video, can’t wait to do more!

Wow, I did both your walking with weights workouts today and phew , it looks easy and low intensity but noooooo 🤣🤣🤣 and I'm used to HIIT workouts but this was tough. Just goes to show that there's no need for heavy weights to feel the burn and sweat buckets 💪 👍👍👍 I loved it, time went by super fast. I hope you will do more like these 🤞🤞🤞 thank you 😊
