Firstly thank you to those who shared their designs, especially Rosemary as she is so new to this art. Sharon your critique is excellent, it really helps me to learn and I’m always pleased if something you point out has already occurred to me which is thanks to your excellent you tube tutorials. All the designs were great but I particularly liked Matthew’s as I like autumnal colours. Looking forward to the next one and thank you Sharon for your time.

Thanks for the feedback Sharon! You went into much more detail than my college assessor did. I wasn't sure why the amaranthus was bothering me slightly but you explained perfectly.

Glad it was helpful! I used to be a college lecturer and assessor, and I love constructive feedback. Its a beautiful design and you should be very proud. Although I'm not sure if the floristry rules are the same in your college.

I can see a leucadendron each side but as you say not balanced. Loved them all though

Its is there but hidden by those beautiful dark chrysanthemums. Its such a well made design.

Choosing somthing deep when doing the first one ‘then there is noo need to trying to fill the sides

Yes, thats definitely worth considering as you don't need so much foliage at the base, but its still important to keep those parallel lines at the base.
