Oh! I went to your website and I received the links for your resources in an email. When I try to download the Top Spreadsheet Formulas for HR Professionals (PDF) file, it only downloads the Org-Chart_Template file.

Hi Linda. Great question! Yes, you can also use Text to Columns to remove numbers if you know the fixed width or if you have a specific delimiter. Hello! I'm glad you like my videos! You can turn the subtitles off by clicking the CC button at the bottom right side of the screen. It is a KZbin setting you can control. When off, they won't cover up the screen. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching my videos!

Hi Mawahib! If you are trying to calculate length of service in years from a hire date, you would use this formula: =DAYS360(A1,TODAY())/360 then replace "A1" in the formula with the cell reference that has the hire date you are calculating from. Then you have to make sure the cell with the formula is formatted as a number (I usually format that cell as a number to 1 decimal). To do this, right click the cell, and select "Format Cells" and under Category, choose Number, then click OK. This should work for you. Thanks so much for watching my videos!!!
