Sharp Park River Bend Bush Camping - South East Queensland

Looking for a great place to camp that’s less than a 45 minute drive from the Gold Coast, then look no further than Sharp Park.
Located on a river that slowly flows through the park, you will find big open spaces to setup camp with plenty of shade around.
It’s the river that sets this place apart from others. It has a long stretch that’s easy to float down in blow up tubes, or paddle along in a kayak.
There are 2 sides to the campground. One side has shower and toilets, and the other just toilets. The toilets here are immaculately clean for a camp area.
The camp site also has ice and firewood available, and if you need to stock up on supplies, you are only about a 5 minute drive back into Canungra.
