Hi there, thank you for watching:), I love this hike, be very careful when you hike there specially the last 3 hills to the summit. Yes 96R bus from Diamond Hill is only for Sundays and public holidays. If you go weekdays, you can take 94 bus from Sai Kung bus terminal.

Thumbs up gurl🙌👍.After much deliberation, My friends and i decided to brave the sharp peak hike on sunday. We've already hiked several peaks such as Lantau and sunset peaks, Tai mo shan, Pyramid hills and many more so do you think we can handle sharp peak as well ? Fingers crossed !

Hi @Phoebe 58, Ofcourse you will! you've hiked a lot like me, so if you follow my route to Sharp Peak on my video will be like just those normal hikes you did. The only hard part there is the three steep hill before the peak, but you can do it slow with some rest on that part at any time during your hike coz it's cold nowadays. It's okay to rest on that open space, unlike in summer time which is so hot and exhausting! When you're there, just imagine when it's summer time to compare. Enjoy your hike! Sharp Peak is one of my favorite trail! stay safe

Hi Tatskies World, just read your message, if you watched the end of my video, I wrote there I took 96R going back to DIAMOND HILL MTR STATION. If you want to take the boat, the boat goes to WONG SHEK PIER(specific location), and take 96R from the pier to go back to DIAMOND HILL MTR STATION. The last trip is 7:30pm so don't be late! enjoy your hike😁

@@meylisacute1536 depends how fast you hike sis, going up is a bit difficult so it can be slow, maybe 3 to 4 hours going up including breaks and photos. Going down same way is a bit faster can take 2 hours going down

Hi Mr. Jacobs, thanks a lot for watching my videos, you should try this hike, it's a difficult hike, Suicide Cliff is easier compare to this. Are you based here in HK at the moment?

@@OFFROAD_HUNTER nope I just visit HK from time to time. I think if I visit here, I should be with other people. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the distance and steep area makes it difficult? Suicide Cliff may be short but I find it too steep, and I was alone that time, during summer.

oh okay understood, yes I guess, distance is one thing, Sharp Peak is a longer hike, and three steep hills heading to its summit.....Suicide Cliff has only one short steep hill going up and that's it, so if you find it difficult, better get ready for Sharp Peak (known to be a difficult hike) and intermediate hikers likes to challenge themselves into this hike

Hello @FIFI flfl, thank you for watching my video, honestly I spend 7 hrs for this hike haha, including long time of taking pictures with my friends at the beginning of the hike. I also hike this in summer time where I have long breaks because it was too hot!...So if you don't stop too much and not taking many selfies, I bet you ,you will spend less than 7 hrs hehe... It's good to hike this in winter time coz the path in not that shaded specially the last three steep hills before the peak. Enjoy your hike sissy and stay safe

Also nice to go in the morning, because it's quite a long journey to get to the starting point of the hike and nice to finish early too coz if you are going back to the starting point, the bus 96R is only until 7:30pm last trip.
