Please never apologizing for sharing those parts of your life you with to share. I thank you for sharing your story with us, we all need to vent and get those issues off our chest. As you are very aware of mental health issues untreated can have big impacts on the one we love. So listening to a few minutes of you venting can help please vent, those true members of the herd won't mind.

Graeme instantly became a fixture to the channel & is a perk when we get to hear the man speak. Hoof trimming is one thing (a great thing!), but the Scottish culture is also what drives your success. More of that please!

I've always know I had Scottish Heritage. I did my dna and I am 49% Scottish. I was so happy that I still carry that much Scottish in me. I also found out my Scottish is where I get my thick curly hair from! This summer (2025 ) I am planning to come visit. I have found close family that still is in Scottland. I am so excited to come over from America. I named 1 of my cats after you his name is Graham Parker . Lol I so enjoy your content just saw you wrote a book can not wait to read.

Graham has a wonderful accent and eyes to match. Yeah, you’re right, he is cute. This is going to sound wrong, but it is good to be aware that other people struggle (you know I don’t mean it’s good, we all would wish away our troubles and everyone else’s), but it stops you feeling like it’s just you. Life is tough for everyone at one time or another. No apology needed.

While my grandfather's lineage on my mothers side came from Scotland in the 1600's they were fluent in more civilized American English, and her mothers family was German prior to WW1. But the gibberish Graham speaks is a bit more like what my grandmother on my fathers side spoke, she was from Merthyr Tydfil in Wales and my grandfather was originally from Spain and they came to America in 1921 after WW1 ended. So listening to Graham speak brings back memories.

I totally understand all three of you. So the dialect is no big deal. But then again I understand New Yorkers, Boston, the Deep South, a lot of Spanglish, surfer, most of the Australian dialects, some of South African English, and other dialects too. I love listening to different dialects and can somewhat imitate them. I use the imitations in classrooms to keep their interest whenever I can (substituting).

I love your channel and I have a couple of questions: 1) Cows' hooves seem to require a lot of maintenance for them to stay healthy, so how do ruminants cope in the wild? Do they suffer from the same problems as domesticated cattle, or does their environment help with the situation? 2) One hundred years ago, I doubt they had sophisticated equipment such as your crush, so how did farmers take care of their cows' hooves back then?
@rebeccaaaaaaaac4 сағат бұрын
Perhaps it’s similar to horses, in the wild these animals would travel long distances for water or good pasture, run away from predators etc. and so naturally their hooves wore down more and thus didn’t need to be trimmed.
@JulieMcDiarmid2 сағат бұрын
Also in the wild they were mostly on grass or soft ground and old hoof horn would naturally shed. It is concrete that does not help their feet.
