5:46 this is the same with drummers. Playing at very slow tempos on the beat is more difficult than what people think.

Great lesson, thank You for showing those new ways of playing with metronome. By the way it was big fun playing this track People Everyday. It made my left hand feel so relaxed, without pressing frets hard.. finally! Thanks again :)

Great way to assist me with some alternate finger independence. As a guitar player, I'm still doing the James Jameson single finger method or sometimes acting like I'm holding a pic and curling my fingers together. What are your thoughts on using alternating thumb and fingers to actually play single notes as opposed to popping and slapping? That seems to be quite natural for me as I tend to hybrid pick on the guitar.

Honestly, there are so many ways to do it! Go with what feels right for you and what produces a great tone.

@OnlineBassCourses2 жыл бұрын
Straight in, no EQ or compression. I’m using an Apollo x6 and Avalon U5/Jules Monique.
