how do you cut a certain part of a clip that isn't on the ends?
@SharperTurtle4 жыл бұрын
The only way I know how to do that in Premier Elements is to split the clip on the starting frame and the ending frame of the segment within the clip that you want to remove. Then you delete the segment between the two split marks. --Jim

Can you tell us how to remove scenes from within clips?
@SharperTurtle6 жыл бұрын
If I understand your question correctly, the process is simple. 1. Put the clip on a track. 2. Move the playhead or time indicator to the second an frame where you want to make your initial cut. Then use the CTRL-T key combination to make a cut. 3. Move to the end where the cut should be and use CTRL-T to repeat ethe process. 4. Use the mouse to highlilght the content between the two cuts and use ALT-X to cut and fill the gap. --Jim
