Raja Sir has internalised the grammar of music both Carnatic and Western classical and he has innate grasp of village folk form. He has worked as instrument player, assistant music director so he completely knows about light cine music. This combination no one has and to top it all is his Himalayan ability to focus on music only life Morning he gets up at 4 am and he will be in his studio by 7am, no other activities. No sensual gratification, pure form. He worked like that for decades, hence the creative output is staggering. Music grammar+Creativity+determined focus. He made himself no god given gift, we will never see another one like him. Thank you Sir. Even after doing the first 30 films or so and he is so sought after, he used to go for sanskrit classes and also take Carnatic lessons from TVG, all before going to studio. உள்ளிருக்கும் தீயை அணையாமல் பார்த்துக்கொண்டார்.

Super singing by you Sarath sir. I love your songs especially in Khanakkathu. Nalinakaanthi is my fvrt raga. My eyes goes wet when I hear Raja sir's this song. Why tamil industry is not using Raja sir now a days. They talk much about him but not giving him chance. 99% of songs in movies these days are useless. But they still keep on making such songs. If Raja sir do a song, that will be an everlasting one and will give happiness to people who love real music.
