I missed out on the Zola BAF, so I was quite happy to get this 2-pack. The Zemo figure is really cool

Same. I also missed out on the BAF. So I mostly justified it as a $25 BAF rerelease more than anything.

Zeno’s gun is molded after the German Luger from WWI and WWII. The P38 looked relatively similar so you could play it as that as well. Seeing as both were German WWII guns I don’t think it matters much. But, if you’re looking for “technically’s” it’s a Luger

Yup, this is the third time I’ve gotten this Zola now. The only justification I can manage for that is that I only have the Red Skull face for the original BaF. I was fine with that tho

That first Baron Zemo came in the Winter Soldier (Mandroid BaF) wave. It was the running change figure for the AIM soldier. Also something to point out, the new head is completely purple, while the og BaF Arnim Zola has a grey antenna on the head. You could always grab the Red Skull Arnim Zola BaF torso and swap that face if you don’t have it 🤷🏽‍♂️

My Zemo had no QC issues, though I bought mostly for the Arnim Zola cuz I wasn't collecting at the time, that wave came out over 10 years ago so I can understand rereleasing it for new collectors.

Damn I was hoping for some hand swaps for zemo, I’m not crazy about the white glove hands I think he’d look better with brown or yellow gloves

Zemo has new upper legs. New sculpts are appreciated, but why allocate budget on unnecessary new parts? It could've been used to paint the cuffs. And based on the figure's render and how lower legs are shaped, the top boot pieces are on the wrong legs. They have the wrong curvature.

I dunno too much about guns, but I do know that Heinrich's gun looks more like a Luger than a Walther P38. Other than that, love the review.

Awesome comparisons! Thanks. I can finally get rid of my old Toybiz zemo. I always hated his janky proportions. Remember how coveted and expensive the bucky body zemo was? He looks weak now.

Okay, I got this pack. Zemo is my first WW2 Villain, I have 3 Marvel Earth's so this is my 2nd Zola. So, I am giving Zemo Indiana Jones suited Figures as undercover SS, and I have a few Black Series Imperials in Grey as German Soldiers. I have an expanded Invaders Team. Zemo doesn't really have powers, but he's my first Super Villain so far in WW2. I may use a couple of MCU Eternals, that are cheap right now, as Aliens helping the Germans. Could work?
