Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor while maintaining appropriate language for all ages, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

The great Gladiator ,how i have missed the pleasure of thrashing you. - Dark Phoenix I'm so glad they released a non exclusive version of Gladiator for those that didn't attend SDCC at the time, and/or can't/won't pay the secondary price for him. I have been wanting him to pair with my TRU Dark Phoenix. I found the entire wave at Walgreen's tonight and he doesn't disappoint ,actually the whole wave is awesome, imho. Everytime i look at MM i just see Gambit,lol. I just hope we don't get a wolverine (male or female) taking up a slot in every wave. Still loving your vids Shartimus. Keep up the stellar job.

I like the more flat colors on the apocalypse gladiator while the exclusive one could be used as gladiator when he had the uni-power of captain universe since it looks like he's glowing

Three things;1. I can't stand the calves on the Hyperion body, I wan't to swap Grim Reaper/Wonderman lower legs onto him.2. Maybe the purple is too close to the Navy blue, the metallic finish suits him better3. Maybe snap a pic with all the Superman analogues Marvel has; Sentry, Gladiator, Hyperion?You're easily my favorite reviewer, and I'm 44yrs old... Keep on rockin in the free world!

Hey shart! If youre reading this i think you should go for the mafex iron spider instead of the sh figuarts iron spider because the mafex one looks better all in all, so u can save some bux.

This figure would be better in the Spider UK body mold, imo. I don't know, I really want Hasbro to stop using the Hyperion body mold and instead use the Spider UK for characters like this one. A new Sentry in Spidey UK's body would look really nice too.

the entire imperial guard is based off the legion of super heroes. meaning gladiator is actually based off of superBOY, not superman.
