No, Indian pride has risen after BJP came to power. Just check how much it has risen. I've been travelling around the world for the past 20 years. Till 2014 they looked at me very differently, seeing me as someone inferior. Even till 2017 it was similar. But from 2018 when I say I am an Indian, people treat me with utmost respect and even greet back in our lesser known Indian languages like Namaskaram and Vanakkam.
