Medicine is definitely a creative field. A lot of those surgeries and procedures that we are using today so reliably, have gone through so much brain storming of different doctors and surgeons.

Except they don't make every decision for her. She decides which decisions she'll delegate to them, decides to tell them, and decides to accept their conclusion. She has full agency and living that way is her decision. Imagine someone taking advice from a lawyer or financial consultant, and telling them "wow you let other people make decisions for you, so you're not anyone." Like bro it's not that deep.

At least doctors and lawyers are held accountable by law and moral code of their profession. Whereas the followers are following the moral code of the internet which is tolll and shits and giggles.
