Looked great but it just played so bad. I remember this being a huge disappointment coming from mohaa which was great.

@@TheGMan. how do you mean it plays bad? I replay it now again on pc and it is butter smooth exsperience maybe here and there some bad hit boxes and such. No offense tho just curious what you mean. Mohaa whas great indeed

We were so pumped about it coming out and I remember being disappointed greatly. just couldn’t get used too the crap hit box thing the movement was weird and shakey / blurry. when cod4 came out we switched too that and never played airborne again. I really wanted too like it but the best part about it was probably the hunt and Remagen maps from mohaa. Not to mention I never remember the player base being good from the getgo the matchmaking was crap. Single player was exciting I guess the drops were cool

Airborne suffered greatly from a mediocre & short campaign and most importantly terrible hit detection and easily abused glitches on multiplayer. The parachuting gimmick and cool looking weapon models and animations were simply not enough to make up for those issues. And as is usual with EA and their attitude towards this series, they abandon the game pretty much instantly and never bothered to fix it. MoH as a franchise would have done much better if it wasn't owned by EA.
