Still on PS3 like BF3 , Medal of Honor... there are so many discord servers to play on ps3 and Medal of Honor for example has crossplay between ps3 and Pc built by community.

"Specific platforms vary, but Assassin's Creed 2, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed Liberation HD, Assassin's Creed Revelations, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Heroes of Might and Magic 6, NCIS, RUSE, Splinter Cell Conviction, and Trials Evolution are all having their online services shut down on January 25."
