It's about 4 am on the 5th of May right now - and I'm still unsure whether I should put this video up. I lost quite a bit of footage from the challenge, almost 2-3 hours of content taken in the first half of April. Regardless though, it just seemed like a waste of my efforts to not share my learnings with you. So here it is!! I decided to quit coffee for 30 days, just to see what happens. Head over to the last 5 minutes for an unexpected ending :) I've always heard no caffeine improves your sleep, skin, & gives you a general elevated state of energy so I thought I'd give it a try myself - because why not amiright.
