Kemp and Wilkins are two of the best in game dunker. They dunk like thunder trying to murder you. Wilkins is beautiful to watch Kemp is brutish with attitude. But the worst with Kemp it's you don't even know he gonna dunk on you, you don't see it coming. Windmil in trafic that was one of his speciality, and people were there shocked, I just been dunk on

Outside of his dunking, Shawn Kemp was cold AF....he had a midrange game too and a post game. He was a BEAST.

i seen he play the knicks back in the day and he held his position pretty well against both Oakley and Mason.. that REALLY showed me how strong Kemp really was...

Gary the glove Payton and the rain man Kemp was a deadly combination. They would have played the Bull three championships in a row but they lost two wars with the Jazz. The 72 -10 Bulls led the league in wins. The same year Payton and Kemp were second with 65 wins..

Kemp is severly underrated, mainly because he didnt win. No one brings him up, but he did make the finals in 96 with GaryPayton. Kemp was great, but unfortunately was in the same era as other all time big men in his conference like Hakeem, Malone David Robinson. So if Lebron was in the west during the 90's, David Robinson was in his Prime avg (30pts & 10rbs) in the West before Tim Duncan arrived. He had a quadruple double 34, 10, 10, 10blocks! Underrated too. Barkley was in his prime avg (25pts & 12rbs). Clyde Drexler (25pts & 6rbs). Karl Malone (29pts 11rbs) & Sockton (17pts 13 assists), Lakers Shaq w/ Young Kobe were in the same conference. So Lebrons 28, 7, & 7 would fit right in the pack. Superstar players back then were putting up monster numbers too. I dont think his rebounding would be higher in the 90's, he would have a harder time out rebounding all the elite rebounders i mentioned, and reaching the finals every year to face Jordan, Shaq, or Ewing in the 90's, the path to the finals would be way harder and more physical.

Now who would be in the East conference for Lebron in the 90's? Well, we got Shaq...and Penny, more all time big men. We seen Lebron lose to Magic Dwight who averaged 20 & 13. Shaq averaged 29 & 13, Penny 20pts 7assists. Then we got Ewing, im from NY and that was a deep team, best Knicks team put together, made the finals in 94 & 99. Ewing had shooters like Allen Houston & John Starks, i recommend Allen Houston and even John Stark highlights. And they had Charles Oaklay and Larry Johnson. Larry Johnson was very nice, not better than Lebron at SF, but he was a star on the Hornets before traded to the Knicks. Knicks were stacked phyisically and shooting wise, they were made to beat Jordan and the Bulls. Then we got the Pacers, Reggie Miller, Chris Mullen, Jalen Rose, Mark Jackson, that was a shooting team. Also stacked. Took bulls to 7 games. I didnt even mention Detroit who still competed in the 90's, Dominique Wilkins was there but needed more help imo, and of course Jordan and Pippen. The 90's in my opinion was more stacked all around then the 80's. Jordan didnt have a cake walk. The Pistons, Magic, Pacers, Sonics, gave Jordan a hard time. Even the Jazz was hard fought. The Jazz beat the Shaq & Kobe 90's lakers and Duncan & Robinson spurs, just to lose to Jordan in a grouling finals series.

Nah, Jordan was the most athletic but Kemp was a show, that mf could throw it. Matter of fact Kemp was talking about Jordan and how he used to dominate.

Also, Shawn was that dude that could scare dudes today if he played. I know people be saying there ain’t never been nobody like LeBron, but for someone to try to get in his way before he went to Cleveland was su*c*de. He’s 6’10 plus he had handles. He just never had a 3 pt shot cuz he ain’t need one.

Yeah, He and Oayton lost to Mike and the boys in a finals. Kemp was 6'8. That's one of those so-called "plumbers " they talk about.

I’d compare The Reign Man’s athleticism to LeFlop. You are wrong for saying air kemp before Air Jordan. Kemp came in later than MJ. Both Shawn and Dominique were both powerful athletic players and it’s blasphemous to say that MJ couldn’t handle LeFlop James. The league was full of players that were grown f’ing men and their game is how they expressed themselves to the world. No one claimed to be the greatest because not only was there players that would bring your @$$ back to reality but ther was so much respect for the pioneers unlike today’s weak/soft NBA players. Ant man b!tching about double team what a garbage product that they are producing
