This is a very well curated compilation! I haven’t seen a bunch of these sick plays. Sean was brilliant! He and Rasheed Wallace were amazing talents in their primes.

That pass at 2:55 might be the greatest play in here. I know Kemp was known for serious dunks, but that pass was next level court awareness.

I still remember when the sonics drafted him.I knew absolutely nothing about him. What amazes me is the sonics organization already had their eyes on him.I grew up a big time sonics fan in the the late 70,s. As a kid i witnessed there first NBA championship,,years later we get kemp.Best draft pick ever for Seattle

@drobiIIka4 жыл бұрын
@@danajones731 Someone of veterans - it was Kobe, or TMac - told - if MJ played in this actual time, he would get 60 points easy in almost any game, with all new NBA rules. There is no diffence now. No phisical game. Team owners afraid of overpaid players injuries. Thats how league changes. Thats why US team was only 7th in WC2019. With all NBA starters in its roster. I cant believe if such team could lost any WC in early 90s with 2nd 3rd line starters, i mean not dream team..

Shawn Kemp should be in the HOF. He was the most explosive, athletic, entertaining power forward in the mid 90s. During away games he would stun the crowd with his ball handling skills and athleticism. The murmur created by 15,000 unsuspecting fans gasping simultaneously is unmistakable. At home games he and Gary Payton would electrify the crowd to a point of absolute frenzy. Kemp was the best player overall in the 1996 NBA Finals, eclipsing even Michael Jordan. Some people will say, "Yeah, great dunker, but he didn't accumulate HOF stats." I get it, but I can say with certainty that those same people obviously never actually watched Shawn Kemp when he played in Seattle. Even with a career shortened and diminished due to person problems, Kemp scored more than 15,000 points and grabbed nearly 9,000 rebounds. The guy is undeniably a basketball legend.
