I saw him here in Valdivia in the south of Chile. He gave me one of the scarfs he was wearing. I just felt so mesmerized because i had no chance of meeting Elvis but i met Shawn and it was an unforgattable experience. I love you Shawn, thanks for keeping the King alive.

I've just heard of Shawn Klush tonight and have spent the last 6 and a half hours looking at different video's of him performing. I seen a few other ETA's as well tonight, which wasn't time well spent sadly. I have to say, for me, Shawn Klush has me hooked on his performances. I'm sad I didn't know of Shawn Klush sooner than tonight. I take music extremely serious, including helping to set up Q and A/Reviews. I had decided to take a break from band's I've been listening to and find some older style music to see and hear as I thought, my deceased mother liked Elvis so I'll look him up and listen to a few of his song's and that's how I ran across Shawn Klush and clicked on it just to see if it was any good. I'm truly thankful I have heard of him now and also very sad it wasn't any sooner. I did notice the ending of the performance but after 6 and a half hours of seeing different performances of him, the vocal issue is understandable. I even seen one where Elvis had a vocal issue in his performance 5 years before he passed away.

I had always avoided ETAs in the past opting for Elvis live on screen in the past but I decided to give Shawn a chance after he won the UK bbc1 competition and thought he had just enough of look/voice/mannerisms to maybe pull it off and wasn’t disappointed when we see him (expecting to be as I can be critical) We see him in Wolverhampton on one of his UK tours a few years ago. me and my friend met Shawn after the gig and both remarked how much he resembled Elvis even up close.( but we had taken in a few drinks by that stage lol) And yes as harsh as it sounds, he has put weight on and for me it puts me off from going again... at his best Shawn captures the “on tour”/“via satellite” era of Elvis’s career and would love to see him come back a few pounds lighter to complete the illusion. But do understand as you get older it’s harder to shed those pounds. Shawn’s on stage version of its midnight for me is fantastic and up there with the best.

People seem to forget Elvis was not perfect! He was just a man; greatly talented, gorgeous, etc, but a man. There are many times he missed a note or whatever. He gained weight, he performed sick, he layed down on the stage & sang or just did karate rather than sing! I have seen amazing shows from Shawn. I have heard amazing notes come out of him!
