All 3 judges had Crawford ahead. So Shawn would not only need to survive the remainder of the round but KO Crawford or knock him down in each of the last two rounds to win. Very very unlikely, especially given Crawford isn't really a knockout puncher (4 KOs in the last 10 years/18 fights). Crawford's dad did the right thing, he correctly evaluated Shawn was going to lose a decision after the 2 knockdowns even if he survives until the end of the fight. So why risk his son's health just for the entertainment of people who want to see if his son could get 'finished'.
