As a practicing Catholic man with two kids I am so inspired from this video. This man is such a wonderful father to his kids filling them with nothing but love and inspiration to lead great lives. It is the most easiest form of worship, to take a knee or put two hands together and pray to God for guidance when trial and tribulations surround us.

I was at the NFCCG and we got out of our seat and just started walking Levi’s stadium. My sister and I eventually stopped and watched it on one of the screens and every single play I would get on my knees, in the middle of everyone, through the chaos and it all turned around. Then people started gathering around us and we all started taking a knee every play and it was awesome! We’re all so united ❤️💛

Great interview Shawn. CyclONE Nation here. May your "magic bean" be Brocks this week! With all the SB/LV distractions this week, the ability for him to focus on that same core will be the key. Last week I nearly messaged Carrie his legs would be key last week. My switch came on when Brock recovered that goal line fumble against UNI early in his career. We wouldn't have won without it.

Another great interview. Last year's interviews made me feel better about Brock and the way things went down, I felt bad for the kid who had this great opportunity. Seeing how he was taking it, how he's family was taking it, also made me feel confident he'll be back there. Jeff Garcia, btw, had one of the greatest comebacks ever. It was the game that taught me it's never over (although I didn't turn the TV off), and the reason many of us still believed in the team, including the guy who sat behind them. Detroit's coach was on the other side in that game as well, playing for New York.

I’m so happy to be a faithful and to have Brock as my qb. It’s been years since we have had a stellar QB and one that’s as humble as brock(not saying the others weren’t I just admire how Brock carries himself and never cared for the spotlight) and isn’t it so cool that Shawn doesn’t just wear a purdy jersey but you see him wearing niners memorabilia regardless all the time. I know it’s cause if his son but it seems he really loves the organization and the faithful as well. GO NINERS!

Now I see why people hate on Brock Purdy so much, it's the same reason why they hated on Tim tebow. Because of his faith. But one thing I can say with all the bad things going on in the world and all the people that could really use God's blessings to think you are blessed because things are going right in football with all the millions upon Millions of children and innocent people going through various negative things I will not describe. I always have a problem with that... people talking about how God has blessed him with Such trivial things, when there are actual people that need real help in which God seemingly turns a blind eye too. Some people see it as a sense of arrogance. Holy arrogance. So that's why they probably get so much hate. But overall the Purdys seem like very nice people, I am happy to brock is our quarterback and I'm happy we're going to win the damn Super Bowl for the first time since I was 16.

Great interview here. I love this family. I hope this is a revival of the spirit time again like in the early 1970s when so many young people found Jesus. My only disappointment is that Chubba didn't chose the best qb coach in the country to play for, Jeff Tedford. But I don't know their needs ir Chubba's eligibilty requirements so maybe that had something to do with it. The connection between between the success of the 49ers and the Bulldogs is surreal going back to 1981. They are almost exact duplicates, a doppleganger of sorts. It is uncanny and still playing out today.

Is God always about winning games? There are believers on the other side. Staying firm in one’s faith is always the deal. We are new creations made to love God, his rule, his word, his people. Is that what prayers during a game are? Just curious.
