Also, giving yourself no out is a good way to be proven wrong. Please name the officers in Tijuana that you don't trust. As I'm sure it's impossible for you to know every officer, I have doubts that there isn't a single good one... if that's the case, why are ranking cops targeted by sicario? Why the need to silence journalists if the cops won't do anything? Less logic here than in a Joe Biden press conference - and that's an achievement

Listening to Ed talk about being Mexican and escaping Mexico makes me damn happy I was born here in the US. With all the bitching people in this country tend to do it’s a good reminder to hear how good we actually have it here. I think the biggest problem is the US will never understand what the situation there is. Unless you’ve grown up in a ghetto, we don’t get it because we’ve never lived it, I get why those kids idolize Pablo or El Chapo, it’s the alternative to living a lifetime of being dirt poor, just like how thugs here idolize/idolized Scarface. Gabriel Strom..Absolutely man, ungrateful & disconnected to their soil, spurned on by societal norms/media/popular narrative. Every American kid should have to experience 3rd world living first hand, or a selfless service in US of some kind, a real world service by the time they graduate high school. Also, the people from El Chapo's town & more were helped with food, schools, medical, roads etc and a gov't in a far away place is saying, "hes bad". When a child hears his mama thank this man as they are about to eat, that child will believe what he sees and not what negative is said. Same w Pablo in Columbia. I'm not saying what they did was right or wrong or that drug trafficking is good, just my opinion on why they are idolized.
