He married the girl in his video for Stay for Good this Time. They had 3 kids and split up. She went and got with a new man and had a baby with the new guy and they split up and Paul and his wife got married a second time! He accepted the baby as his own child. She got cancer and passed away a few years back and the child from the other man still lives with him and he is raising the boy to this very day. What a love story.

Once went to an outdoor festival. Paul Young was playing. Well I was there so I would check it out. Were more into Heavy Metal, David Bowie, Depeche Mode and Roxy Music. I were blown away. One of the greatest concerts ever

So glad you did this and that you loved it. This was the very first guy I ever fancied in 83 at the age of 11 I saw his video for where ever I lay my hat and I was hooked! He's 66 now and aging well.he's from luton south east England which has its own accent.he had some lines in band aid which was the charity single for Ethiopia the year before USA for Africa.

Yes,PAUL YOUNG is a great singer with a great voice. I'm fan since 1983 with the album NO PARLEZ, i was 17 and i've got all his albums and often listen to them with a real pleasure. 😀 Now,he 's in a tex mex band in U.K: LOS PACAMINOS and they are often in concert. Unfortunately, i can't see the band because i live in FRANCE. But i can listen to their music or watch their videos on KZbin and i really enjoy. 😉 🎶💕🤠🎶💕🤠😀😉

I know they talk a lot about “diversity” nowadays but we had true diversity in many different styles of music in the 80’s as opposed to everyone sounding pretty much the same with todays music. In the 80’s an artist’s style was instantly recognizable regardless what genre it was. Everyone was so talented, they had their own signature sound.
