So peaceful and calming. This is the best way to start my Sundays. Thanks Shawn. The perspective on this spread is amazing. You created the background and moved forward to the trees and flowers. All with just strokes and colors. Love how what you wrote is still peeking through. What a good reminder to documents our life through color and expression. I do keep a memory planner so those mundane and not so mundane things are documented. My intent this year was to create some art tags to tuck in there but I haven't kept up with that. This is a good reminder to keep doing my "journal" tags. Have a wonderful week and happy 4th of July.

Collage, record, paint, create…Lots of ways to journal. Even write and cover it with paint, or pastel, or collage. You know what’s there. Like moving meditation. Do what works for you and makes you happy.
