It is scientifically proven that the more contact you have with an item the easier it is to control. This applies to guns as well as weights. For guns, there is a proper form to position your grip and fingers. The more contact given the proper the form, the better the control and aim you have. I'm sure the more contact the "easier" applies to this damn beastly dumbbell lol

I think when brian walked the dinny stones 11+ feet is when eddie realized he wasn't the strongest man in the world. And he's admitted it many times since. I think the 2800lb leg lift was another one of those moments when eddie finally had a little humble pie.

@@ShumpyBumpy We can agree to disagree, brian is the over all stronger person, just think about the stuff brian does eddie can't do, and we still have the footage of brian deadlifting what 1065lbs with straps a few years ago, given more training or another season while being healthyhe might have done the deed also, and now 3 people have exceeded 500kilo and a 4th is around the corner...and he nearly dies from it where as thor might have repped 2 jamal might rep 2 for shit&giggles and makarov is getting close... the only real record eddie has left is the overhead press and that is a matter of time.
