Because of Brian, I tried for the first time since I was a child, to lift myself off the ground with "monkey bars"...I did it! I pulled up and even did a couple of sets! (Perspective- overweight female using her own large weight{over 200 but under 300lbs} to build arm muscles...😳) Imma very proud of me-self...😁❤🍻

@@MyNamesGT 5 groups of 5 and they won’t know who is in each group until they arrive IIRC. Top guy in each group/heats through 4 events moves on. The 2nd and 3rd guy in each group have a stone off for the 2nd slot for that group. 10 make the final, 2 from each group.

Yup. A layered mat, something like a 10mm neoprene top with a memory type foam under that with a more firm foam base all zipped up in a strong canvas cover.

I wish I could work out with you guys. I have much admiration for you, Oberst, Hall, Best, and all the strongmen around the world. I remember watching guys like Magnus Samuelson & Magnusson and Phil Pfister compete and Savickis (probably spelled wrong) and even remember seeing the moments like Mariusz winning back to back when it was showing on ESPN2. You guys are who made me love the sport and hope to achieve the caliber you have. Just as watching Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman in bodybuilding, you guys inspire me.

I'll give Brian props though for looking like he keeps his weight easily outside of competition better than others. He is just a more naturally large man. Other's clearly look like they are pushing the edge of unhealthiness on competition day and could never maintain that size outside of it without health issues. I'm sure they do crazy things to compete but Brian always appears more naturally large, more easily. He's a beast.

That's just it . If he did 100% 2.5 to 3 hours a day . He might pull top 5 in WSM . But if he REALLY trained he could beat the log WR he had the world record I think it was in 2015 or 16 . The American world record that is .
