Ass eater doing a squat to 45 degrees is most certainly not what makes a squat a good rep. At heavier weight I would even suggest to barely ever go to 45 degrees simply because the knees cannot take it long term. The IPF considers a legal squat in competition to be a squat that goes past parallel because it is known how dangerous going super deep can be with a heavy load on the bar. Going to parallel for reps is no bad thing and it certainly isn’t quarter squatting

So much respect. Off the machines it's all laughs and jokes. One a piece of equipment gets picked up the mood changes instantly and it's all serious and encouragement and pushing each other to give 100%

You guys are hilarious. Robert is a mischievous one. Although I cant lift even close to what you guys can, it is super inspirational to see you put in work after a long day. I have no excuses.

90% of the time they play shit rap music in that gym. Thats where i workout and if i forget headphones i will just leave to go all the way back home or to the store just o i dont have to hear that shit. It ruins a workout. And i dont know if i should workout or double check to make sure my car and valuables are locked. You'd think youre in some ghetto neighborhood or new york or something.

Late to this, but down, you guys are inspiring to watch here. Not just for the insanity of the strength on display. But just for the sportsmanship and for the honest desire they have to see each other do better, and get stronger. F---g awesome guys. Bloody nice work!

These after show gym sessions are the best content. In my mind these vids are better than the actual show because they’re a lot more raw. I would like to see more Nick best tho.

He's not built for this. Felix is in his 50's and doing great. Same with Zydrunas. But this guy literally pumped himself full of gear, ate himself almost to death just so he can get a pathetic win at wsm 2017 and then drama galore. Dude fuck off, nobody cares about your excuses.
